• This is the first cache plugin that really made a difference in performance for me.
I just recently discovered it, as people started to mention it in the comments on cache pluging tests. This plugin is hardly ever included in these tests.

I’ve been struggling with caching plugins for years and tried many of them.
Some of them are quite easy to configure and some have an overwhelming amount of options. However, they have all the same weakness: TTFB.
It just takes too damn long for a page to load on the first visit.

1.5 – 2 seconds is still too slow imho (for a regular website).
With Supercache, Fastest Cache, W3 Total Cache etc… I could get 0.9 – 2.2 secs for most of my websites in the Pingdom speed test. On avarage. Sometimes a page load would take over 4 secs.

Now it’s down to 300-500 ms. Every single time.
    Totally impressive!

I also like the clear UI and status overview of the cached pages
