WooCommerce T&C Checkbox Missing

Hi, the Terms and Conditions checkbox is missing on the checkout page. This results to my customers being unable to move through with their payment as a display message “Please read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed with your order.” is shown. However, the checkbox cannot found anywhere. Please help! Need it to run fast to ensure a good User Experience for my customers.
