    Hello, for some reason the product data feeds that I create will not automatically update for me.

    When I first make the data feed it gets the product attributes I input correctly. However, if I update the attributes to add additional details about the product it never gets updated. I have allowed 2 days with an Hourly refresh increment setting to see if it updates and for sure the data feed is not updating.

    Can you please help me, thank you.

    Hi @prolifiklabs , can you let us know the following:

    1. Which merchant you are trying to generate feed for?

    2. A screenshot of the plugin’s system status
    >>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
    >>On top, go to the System Status tab. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/pR1FzjO
    >>Take a screenshot and send it to us.

    3. Collect the log from WooCommerce and send it to us via e-mail
    >>What you can do is go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status.
    >>Here go to the Log tab.
    >>Here, select a recent date when you set up the refresh intervals but it didn’t occur.
    >>And copy the whole log and save it in a notepad.
    >>Then send it to us via e-mail.

    Once we take a look at these, we will be able to understand the situation a provide a solution. Thanks.

    Hello, thank you very much for your response. Where can I go to find which email I need to send my information to?

    1) I am generating the feed for “Pinterest”

    2) I have a screenshot of the System Status report under Dashboard > Product feed > Settings.

    3) For the Woocommerce logs under Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status; there are only 2 reports dating back 1 month ago which I havn’t had the product then. I have those 2 files saved in a txt file as well.

    Once I find out where I can find the email to send this to I will get it sent right away. Let me know, thanks.

    Hello, please disregard my previous message. I just double checked and for some reason everything is working properly now :). The feeds are updating! I really appreciate your help and you guys have an awesome product. I will be purchasing my license soon. Thanks again!
