We are really sorry for the issue you are facing with our Icegram plugin.

We suspect it might be due to conflict with other plugins or theme? Can you please check for any possible conflict if present on your site?

You can manually activate/deactivate plugins and switch the theme to default to debug the issue or can use the WP Health Check plugin. This plugin eases the debugging process by deactivating plugins and switching the active theme to the default theme only for the current logged in user without affecting other users or site visitors when the troubleshooting mode is enabled. You can get it from here.

After all the plugins are deactivated, reactivate the Icegram plugin and check if it works as expected. If it works then the issue is due to conflict. Activate other plugins one by and check which one is causing the issue. Also, check with the current active theme in case if other plugins aren’t causing the conflict.

All plugins where deactivated with only icegram activated after, still facing same issue. Going back in versions of Icegram it now works only before 2017- since the webhotel is updating during last months. So its most likely a setting at icegram development that is not compatible and the webhotel host has more users contacted you with same issue. Your solution was then to send a modified plugin back to them and it worked. So could you please arrange it to me? Thank you
