Image distortion?

Hi,

I’m trying to use this plugin but the 360 image I created with my phone is heavily distorted when I add it. Only a small area of the actual image is visible, so looks like it is zoomed in heavily and the proportions (width & height) are wrong. It’s almost impossible to recognize anything on the image as everything is heavily distorted (like drawn out). I tried to adjust the settings but doesn’t seem to do much. When I view the image I uploaded to WordPress directly, it looks fine.

What am I doing wrong?
