    I’m facing an issue with the Helpie FAQ plugin.

    After adding my FaQ section, I have FAQ schema twice in the code.

    This code snippet appears twice and results in issues in the Google Search Console:

  • Was checking if my ticket was replied and saw the title of your topic!

    I got exactly the same issue and they haven’t been able to fix it.

    From my end the issue was an incompatibility with FIX TOC – Content table.

    If you have FIX TOC as well just contact the dev and he will fix it for you. If so tell him to include the fix on it’s next update as he told me he wouldn’t probably do it as I have been the only one ever reporter this issue ()probably because helpie faq is brand new.

    If ain’t the same for you, they definitely should find out why their faq is causing duplicate.

    Don’t get me work despite its bugs Helpie FAQ is the best FAQ plugin I have found out there and even though they got bugs I got the Pro. Just hope they will fix their schema issues soon and get more schema optimization in the future…

    Just need more fixing and focus more on Rich snippet/schema features (like anchor on link on schema)…….

    I am glad you’re planning to fix it.

    Can you tell me if there is a way to change the title of group FAQ to H2? Right now is on H3 which make it a sub-title of any H2 above.

    If you are using fixed TOC plugin, I just want to let you know that, this conflict with TOC plugin has been resolved by our developers. This would be pushed in our coming release.

    I’m using the Easy Table of Contents plugin. Do you know if issues with this plugin will be fixed too?

    We have released a new version today. But we were able to push only the issue with Fixed TOC plugin. We have other scheduled issues to be released in this version.

    We are having another release coming up by this weekend. In that release, the issue with Table of contents would also have been resolved.
