• For search reasons, I’d like to make page aliases that all point to the same page. For example, for this product I don’t like, I’d like someone to be able to type mysite.com/onstar-sucks, mysite.com/onstar-blows, mysite.com/onstar-bites, etc.

Is there already a way to do this and other than doing a manual include of the content? The content include would be pretty easy, but then I’d have to manually handle tags and such which would be hard. There must be an easier way.

  • The Page Links To plugin may help. Create an onstar-sucks page and link it to the page with the full content. One caution, this may lead to a different problem where all of the ‘alias’ pages show up in a page menu, then you will need another plugin to stop that.

I’ve seen something like this before. I wish I could remember where. I believe it was an .htaccess edit that allowed user to type ‘fuzzy’ url strings. Maybe I bookmarked the description. I’ll look.
