Elementor form action based on field value

Hello!
I have a contact form made with Elementor with an additional checkbox that says “I want to receive your newsletter”.

So the actions after submit are basically 2:
1 – Send an email to admin with the message written by the user
2 – Subscribe the user to the newsletter (I use Mailpoet)

This is very easy to setup, but my question is: if the user doesn’t want to be subscribed to the newsletter and the checkbox is not selected, is there a way to perform only action n.1 and skip action n.2?
