• Hello,

On my client’s site, there are stores missing in the backend/admin when looking through in alphabetical order (or any order) and are only shown once the store is searched for.

I am not using any filters to sort, and am not sure how these locations have originally been added, I am guessing manually and would have been at least a few months ago.

    Thanks!

Are you using any Add-ons to Store locator Plus? What versions ? I am not quite sure how locations can be appearing on the front end that are not appearing on the back end, or that appear when you search but not when you view.

Without additional information about your plug-in environment I can only provide you with some troubleshooting guidance .

By inspecting your url using any Browser tools you have some errors on that URL . It appears your site was migrated or is using a jquery migration tool?

WordPress explains how to use your browser to diagnose javascript error.
You can also try Troubleshooting by turning off the other plug-ins one by one to see if issue is resolved.
Or the WORDPRESS Debugger instructions to see what issues can be foubd

For quicker support please post in the SLP forums and follow the Posting guidelines.

We are a Store Locator Plus and Power customer. We are also missing stores in the backend/admin :/ @martargh have you figured anything out with this? We also just messaged Store Locator Plus support.

Are you truly missing stores or are they on a different page?

On the back end Suggest that you Change the screen display options to 25.
The updates to WP changed the views.

    Thank you, @cicistorelocatorpluscom

We have 94 locations. Not all locations are showing within the Locations >> List view.

Also, I messaged support here: https://storelocatorplus.com/contact-us/ Is that not the correct place for support?

    Hi,
Did anyone ever get to the bottom of this? I have stores that only show in the backend if they are searched for (they aren’t on another page). I’ve tried deleting and re-adding them but the same thing happens. They appear fine in the front end and edit perfectly well once you search for them, they just don’t appear in the list?

    Cheers

If there are issues with the Back end it usually indicates a conflict with another plug-in. use the debugger recommended by WordPress
