Coupons for subscription products can be created by following this guide:

By default, coupons can indeed be restricted by email address of the customer:

However, restricting by user role is not possible unless you are using Smart Coupons:

… or perhaps another third party plugin that can restrict coupons by user roles.

If I do this solution of generating a coupon restricting by mail, can it be that those that I added to the restriction get the code automatically? or should I send them to you manually?

You need to send it manually. Restricting a coupon by user email does not automatically send it to them.
