Issue with last version of woocommerce

    I have automatewoo and use your plugin and after upgrading automatewoo to last version, i have this message:

  • The same is happening to me.

    I installed AutomateWoo today and ran into the same issue. Deactivating Disable WooCommerce Bloat allowed me install AutomateWoo but once I reactivated it I got the errors @neoseeyou experienced.

    Yes, new version of automatewoo use the new woocommerce admin function so you must untick this option in “Disable WooCommerce Bloat” in order to use both plugins together

    @neoseeyou Thanks for the info. That’s a pity. Being able to Disable WooCommerce Admin is the sole reason I use this plugin.

    I think I will ask the AutomateWoo authors for my money back.

    Yes – Woo’s new “dashboard” with the “analytics” is going to be a bigger and bigger issue over time. I posted some info about how to leave the dashboard enabled, but still kill the biggest server eater – the wc-analytics background tasks.

    I am hoping the dev and I get back in touch and maybe integrate some/all of it – I’ve had to set it aside while doing the production rollout for my client that ran into it.

    Whether using some/all of what’s in that thread works for this case – I do not know.

    Since version 5.0.0, AutomateWoo is using WooCommerce Admin functions without actually checking if WooCommerce Admin is active. Could you please contact AutomateWoo developers nad let them know about this problem? There is a WooCommerce function they should use: is_wc_admin_active
