ns cloner stuck at 100%

    The ajax windows doesn’t end and stuck at 100%.

    The clone created seems worked.
    What happens if I press cancel?

  • I just installed the plugin and have the same issue. Also in the logs there appears to be a bunch of exceptions logged.

    If the clone makes it to 100% but fails to complete, usually it can be cancelled without any ill effect and the cloned site will be just fine, but it depends on what the issue is (seems to most often be a conflict with another plugin). If either of you can share specific server error messages that would be very helpful (like those logged exceptions you mentioned, @gwviger). Thanks!

    Same here with me. Got stuck at 100% with all the tasks showing completed even after pressing refresh.
    Everything seems to work fine though. But it is really confusing and can scare you into thinking something is messed up.
    Especially when the options you have is to cancel or refresh.

    @ajaxthemestudios as mentioned above, feel free to send us a debug log at [email protected], if you haven’t already. We’ve had various reports of the “stuck at 100%” issue but so far haven’t received enough concrete information to determine the root cause and solution.
