Premium Support – Is this working?

Hi,
I bought Groups & Staffs and Ultimate, have Premium Support.
What is the turnaround time for getting a response? The first ticket I created was 4 days ago. Not even a response if my ticket has been received. I’m beginning to question the reliability of your support.
