WC Vendors Commissions are a 0$ amount

To better explain, basically the commissions are not paying out to our vendors.

I have tried to replicate the issue by using our WC Vendor Test gateway (you can enable this from your WooCommerce > settings > payments) however the commission is properly recorded from the WC Vendors > Commissions dashboard.
