My WordPress is not publishing a post ??

  • Hi Friends
    I have a wordpress blog from 3 months.
    But from some days it have a some unknown problem.
    it is not publishing a new post.i have already 800 posts which is working.
    but when i try to write a new post and then try to publish it take me to the edit page.
    and it is also not changing my recent tags. mean i cannot edit my tags,

    what is this problem???

    Please help me

    How could i repair my database.
    i have almost 900 posts. and i don’t want to delete them.

    You will need to use a tool like PhpMyAdmin. You should make a backup of your database before you begin (just in case of a problem) but, in theory, you shouldn’t lose any posts.

    I’m having the same problem, didn’t install any new plugin or changed anything.

    I repaired the DB as esmi suggested, but I have the same error.
    Whenever I try to save a new post as a draft or publish a new post I get an almost blank screen saying “It wasn’t possible to edit this post” (or something like that, cus I use a translated version of WP).
    I’m using the newest one (2.9.2), but can’t remember if it also happened with 2.9.1.

    Any other suggestions?
