• The support is minimal to nothing! You often get answers that do not help you. Software is full of errors and no logical structure. Even their support forum has been developed with many limitations that are very disturbing.

    Also, when you submit a request or ask for a logical comment or adjustment, they will go against it and pretend your request is illogical. They are not really customer friendly!

    After quite a few irritations and frustrating days, I had to decide against my will to stop using this software…

    We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We’re definitely not in the business of developing errors and something that’s illogical. If you’d be so kind to open a support ticket and ask for Eric, we’d definitely check everything out for you and make sure it gets straightened out.

    Unfortunately, we don’t see any ‘Kim’ or ‘Kimberly’ with any recently open or handled tickets. You must’ve done them under a different name. If you’d come forward in our support system, we’ll sort everything out for you.
