Contact form 7 radio pipes not sending

    Hi,

    I am trying to get the below pipes to work but when I do a test form I’m getting the error: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

    Could anyone help please? Thanks.

    [radio recipient default:1 “Request a Quote|[email protected]”
    “General Enquiry|[email protected]”
    “Commercial|[email protected]”]
