Discount on cart not showing

Hello,

My rules are created upon the cart total amount but discount doesn’t shows on the cart page. It does on the payment page, but would like to have it on the cart too, please.

I also have to mention that my WooCommerce “Add a coupon” fields are not displayed, and I don’t know how to solve that. Maybe this info can be of your help.
