URGENT – Category Pages not Working

We have followed every support thread you have to identify why our category page is not working.

We have ensure that the recipes page and the single recipe permalinks are different. We do not have nay other pages that have a URL that match the cooked category permalink structure.

We can see the category is created in the cooked plugin and that items are assigned to it. But everytime we try to load the page, its not found.
