Multiple locations

Hi,

My company has just openend a second store and we need a solution for the following:
a) Connecting the website to our stock management software
b) Solution for local pickups

I tried multiple plugins, but none offered functionalities I need. We have three stock locations – a warehouse, the Store 1, and the Store 2. We want to be able to offer our customers to either order online (where the order would be fulfilled from the warehouse if item available, if not from store 1, if not from store 2). We also want them to be able to select local pickup depending on the item availability and to be able to check local availability of items online.

Any ideas?
