Can I use this plugin to create a link to a category page?

    Hi there,
    I would like to add a popup to encourage adding a greeting card to purchases.

    I would like pop up to appear upon product selection page or cart page that asks
    “would you like to add a greeting card?”
    then a link button to take the customer to the greeting card category page where they can select any card category listed by occasion. for example:
    birthday or holiday, anniversary etc as a add-on purchase.
    I would like this product not to have an additional delivery charge as it is a accompanying product to the initial order.

    I’m happy to assist you with your query. Yes, this can be achieved by using the Targeting tab. You may need to set a WooCommerce Targeting Condition: Product Selected and Cart Page to display the popup with the message and a link.

    Then, on the popup’s content, kindly add the message and use the WordPress link feature to add the link of the greeting card category page.

    However, for the delivery charge, you may need to set this under your WooCommerce settinsg.
