Contact form not sending me emails

    It looks like everything is set up correctly but I’m not getting an email when the contact form is set up. Please help anyone if you can, thank you.

  • What is the FROM email address for your contact form entries? Typically the FROM email address should be the same as the domain of the website. So in your case use something like [email protected]. Otherwise using the user’s email address can result in the email not being sent.

    But it’s not working. Perhaps I need to update the plugin? Although we just made the site

    Well, that eliminates one potential cause. Have you tried installing an SMTP email plugin?

    Yes the from also has hypernovadetailing.com in it

    I will try that. Thank you very much. I’m worried about installing plugins and messing up the site though. Perhaps I can see if the developer I hired in the past can help. But it does look like that plugin would help. Thank you so much for the info
