    Hi,

my website worked fine with Elementor and other plugins like woocommerce and dokan. Now it is broken. I cannot visualize the Big Title Section, About, Features and so on, even if they are enabled. Yesterday the visualisation was better, but I could’t visualize the sections that I built with Elementor. I tried to disable the other plugins, but also that didn’t solve the problem. I also deleted the cache in wordpress and in my web browser but still it doesn’t work.
    Could you please help me?

    Best Regards

    Hi @bonaparten,

Try going to Appearance->Customize->Homepage Settings section and check what’s selected there. Make sure that the static page that you set as your homepage is set to be using the Default template: https://prnt.sc/vfrwvs

    I hope it helps!

    Hi,
    thanks for your answer.
It helped, but the latest texts on the web page and other things that I wrote/set are gone. E.g. I set two icons instead of three in the “About” section with other texts. How can I retrieve it?

    Hi @bonaparten,

Unfortunately, I’m not sure how those settings could have been lost so it’s probably quicker to add them back manually or ask your hosting provider to restore a backup if there is a lot of changes lost.

    I hope it helps!
