Conflict with Uni CPO plugin

Hi,
I’m using the Product Options and Price Calculation Formulas for WooCommerce – Uni CPO plugin for some of my products and I noticed there’s a conflict when yours is enabled.
When enabling Conditional Discounts for WooCommerce my product shows the original price crossed out, but since there are no options selected yet for Uni CPO, there’s no discounted price to show.
When selecting the options, the calculated price is not the one with the discount applied. You get to see the discounted price when going to Cart or Check out page.
Right now I have the original price hidden via CSS until I resolve this, but here’s a screenshot for you to check: https://i.imgur.com/uZmjfNb.png
