Successful import but experiencing redirect

    Sometimes it is in the theme. Check functions.php for redefines of site URL and home URL. Also, if you have any cache, clean it and disable it.

    Hi – I have checked the theme and it isn’t anything in there. I have cleared the cache too. I am using a child theme – might that have anything to do with it?

    You could check the code of the theme as well.
    I am out of ideas.
    You should consider hiring someone so that you can give them direct access to the site for a far more efficient fix than we can provide here.

    Hi there can you please delete this thread for me? It keeps showing up when my client googles their URL.
