    I’m after the fields being pre-filled on repeat visits – probably via a cookie.

    I’m also after URLs per location – so I can configure QR codes. perhaps that’s as simple as passing a parameter via the URL for location.

    I’m happy to help with the code. Or I’m happy to buy your premium version.

    Hi Scott,

    Yes, I could look at the cookie / local storage option – although not sure I’d want to store personal data in them.

    As for URLs, could you not create a page for each URL and place the shortcode on it?
