Manipulate Autoptimize combined code

Hello,

I want to load the autoptimize combined JS code in my own way.
Is there a way (filter) to dequeue it and then enqueue it as part of my custom <script></script> code so I can manipulate it?
Like: I wish to enqueue it only when specific conditions are met via jQuery getscript function.
