Resource path broken after last update

After the last update (or perhaps the one before that) PublessPress has broken our website. Several things don’t work anymore in the backend. The Update / Publish button is gone. The formatting in certain parts of the profile edit dialogue is broken. Inspecting with Chrome shows 20 – 24 errors for PublishPress resources not loading. It appears to be a malformed path exclusive to the PublishPress plugin.

The errors look like this:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) modules-settings.css:1

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) editorial-metadata.css:1
