Not sure what the link between “wp emoji slows down the site” and the Autoptimized files is, but have you tried enabling the “remove emoji” option on Settings -> Autoptimize -> Extra ? ??

Yes, it is now working and these links are not visible anymore after web speed testing.

However, there is another one related to js:

Not sure if this can be disabled or not to be loaded. If so, how?

That seems to be the Autoptimized JS, the only way you can reduce impact is by having less JavaScript, which you can do by using less plugins, less pagebuilder-magic and using a simpler theme I’m afraid ..
