    Pluging doesn’t work on pages, only on entries.

    There is no comment form on pages, only on entries.

    Entries means posts.

    Changed line 665 from

    to
    if ( is_page() && ( !is_home() && !is_feed() && !is_archive() && !is_search() && !is_404() && comments_open()) ) {

    and add before 1157 additional check
    $content_new = $content; if (comments_open()) { }

    Well, actually I forgot one more check in line 665 – if ( is_page() && ( !is_home() && !is_feed() && !is_archive() && !is_search() && !is_404() && !is_front_page() && comments_open()) ) {
