Woo kills all new plugin activation

    After last update any new plugin activation leeads to error:
    Fatal error: Cannot declare class WC_Plugins_Screen_Updates, because the name is already in use in ***/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/plugin-updates/class-wc-plugins-screen-updates.php on line 167

    Reactivation of WooCommerce makes this error too. It workd but no access to the plugin page.
    Also the page with coupons is innactive, it redirects to the main page of wp-admin.

    Are any of you using Pagelayer? I see the same issue but only if Pagelayer is active.

    The work-around I did was modify wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin.php line 103 and change the include to include_once
    But I believe this is a pagelayer issue.
