  • Sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied after implementing AMP. If you’re using a compatible theme with compatible plugins there is no difference in the appearance of your AMP URLs compared to your non AMP URLs. You may have been using an incompatible theme, or alternatively you may have been using the plugin reader mode with the legacy theme.

With regards performance I’m happy to check and compare your site if you’d like to share your Site Health privately using this form. When implemented correctly users can benefit from significant performance boosts, I’d be happy to check your setup and assist.

In relation to ads not appearing having you implemented AMPHTML ads? Traditional JavaScript based ads are not compatible in AMP, you’ll therefore need to implement AMP ads. If using AdSense as you mentioned you can use the Site Kit plugin to automatically insert Auto ads for AMP on your AMP URLs, while also place Auto ads on your canonical (non AMP) URLs. Alternatively you can use a plugin, some of which can convert traditional ad units into AMP valid ad units. You’ll find out more here.
