    When clicking into a product through an order it redirects to: 500 Internal Server Error
    The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation.

    Not sure if this happened after an update or when exactly but any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for that! I think a good place to start for troubleshooting this issue would be to test for if this is either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     So I was able to get it to function again by deactivating all plugins and then reactivating them one by one. It seems whenever I activate the 42nd plugin-regardless of which one-that same error reoccurs, so I’m not really able to pinpoint which plugin is causing the issue.

    I’m having the same issue on my site. I can’t turn off all plugins as I do not have time to re-enable and reprogram every one of them. I did delete all latest added plugins but still having the error. Would be helpful to know why is happening as I have products I need to add to the site.

    Hey @mvandrasik! That is very strange that it is always the 42nd plugin. I wonder if it could be related to hosting – possibly timeouts to do with the number of plugins active?

    Hey @fcrowe – I’m sorry to hear you’re having the same issue! I’d recommend running the test I recommended above on a staging site as it will not cause interruptions to the live site.
