Possibility to get and use inputs labels

Hi there, thank you so much for your plugin, it works well and it is very helpful. Anyway, I need some help with the shortcodes while creating the pdf template. I would like to use the labels that I used in the form, I want them to show like the inputs (so only if the user fills the field). Right now I can only use the inputs shortcodes that correspond to the fields content, but I would like to use the labels as well. Is this possible? Or alternatively, can I use some logic in the pdf template construction? Like some php if-else statements, in order to show/hide hardcoded text if the user filled (or not) a certain field.
