Great plugin and great service

The plugin works great and I’m very pleased with the results.
And when I had a problem their support was responsive in the forum and they offered email support when we did not reach a resolution after several exchanges. Ultimately we found a solution. Through it all they were patient with my questions and seemed eager to help. I don’t understand the negative reviews posted with regard to support.
