• When the customer initiates a refund, they are asked why they are requesting a refund.

    I can’t find that reason anywhere; It’s not in the refund record or in the email notification.

    Where can I see it?

    the refund request reason appears in the message history, it’s the first message of the refund request

    I don’t see anything in the message history. Is there anything easy I can check to see why?

    Hello,

    I suggest you test with all plugins deactivated except WooCommerce and Advanced Refund System to check if there is a conflict.
