I am building a store that sells phone cases.
Every product has two variables: the iPhone model and the case style.
All the product mockups are based on the same iPhone model but have all the different style.
It means that in the product page, the photo should only change when the user selects the case style and not the iPhone model. Also, the photo should change when the user selects the case style, and should not require the iPhone model

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Admittedly I don’t fully understand the question here – where exactly are you getting stuck?

`Every product has two variables, the iPhone model and the case style but the photo of the product variant only depends on the case style. I use the same photo for all the iPhone models.

The problem is that, when you select the case style, you ALSO need to select the iPhone model to see the photo of the specific case style.

    Here is another example:
Let’s say I am selling candles with two variables, color and perfume, and that every color goes with every perfume.
If I have three colors and three perfumes, I only need three photos, because the you can’t see the perfume in the photo.
So if a user selects the red color, he should immediately see the related red photo, regardless of wether he selected the perfume or not.

Hi @tommaso99. Sorry we missed you last response.

By default in WooCommerce, the product image will show until both options for the variation are selected. One workaround could be to add a selection of images to the Product Gallery. Otherwise, you will need to apply a customization to WooCommerce. You may be able to use the solution presented here.

For help with this, I recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page – https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

Hi @tommaso99. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
