    1. Could you tell me, why does your support not answer at all (tried email, tickets, and phone)?
    2. Why have you charged the yearly subscription from my bank card WITHOUT my permission? I didn’t let you do that.

    Your ticket arrived 3 hours ago and we already replied to it.

    No need to worry, my colleague will refund your renewal payment today.

    The product you purchased is an yearly subscription, which is stated on our website and checkout as well: “Price options are billed yearly, auto renewed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time.”
    Also, the product name on the final checkout page is “TranslatePress Business – Yearly”.

    I’m really sorry about the misunderstanding and rest assured that we will process the refund today.
