WP Mail SMTP + GMAIL was working for all email clients but not anymore

    Hello,

    We have set up WP Mail SMTP with Google API. It was working well at first. All my clients were able to receive email confirmation upon signing up for appointments and such.

    However, as of recently I noticed some of my clients are now not getting any email. Some of them were able to get email previously, but not anymore.

    Can you please share what things I can look into to troubleshoot this further?

    I do not have the PRO version of this plugin. Will enabling logging be helpful in this situation? Will the “Technical Details” section of the logging feature show information as to why the mails weren’t being sent, and will it show error specific details?

    Hi @asulistija423,

    what is the error message they get?

    If the emails are not sending, there should be an admin error notice in the WP Mail SMTP Setting page.

    Also, are your clients using automatic updates for our plugin? Please check if the WP Mail SMTP Settings are still configured to send emails via Gmail mailer.
