    Hello all,

I have cleared the cach on wordpress, web browsers and still shows a very old version of my main page. This was one of the first versions of my site when it went live a few months ago. Shop page updates and looks fine on all browsers. Everything looks fine and current on Chrome for the home page. But Firefox, IE EXC… It’s the original version of my websites home page. I even did a fresh install of Firefox to make sure everything was erased from the browser. I am just at a loss. Uninstalled all plugins and still the same old homepage on other browsers. Went to the hosting company and cleared all cach on cloudflare and even turned it off. Still shows original homepage from when I first launched the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated as for I am just lost here. Thanks for your help and support.

    Update:

It seems to look fine when I log in to the admin on WordPress on the other browsers. Must be a permissions thing or something?

When you click on Shop. That is how the main header should look on the main front page.

    https://www.5bir.com/index.php/shop/ Should look like https://www.5bir.com

    Hey @pshea08

I’m seeing some errors related to Autooptimize. Have you tried deactivating that plugin altogether to see if that makes any difference?

    Hello @senff
I did turn it off at still seeing the same issue. Cleared cach in wordpress and other browsers. Still see an old version of the main page unless I am logged in as admin. The header on the Shop page should look the same on the main page. But it still looks like a very old version of the main page. Like the default version with the template. Even if I change the template completely it still shows the old version of the other template. Just very odd…

I think it might be a CloudFlare issue. I have turned it off just waiting for the A Record to update to see if that was the issue. I will update once it happens.

Yes it was CloudFlare not clearing cash….. Even after I told it to clear. I turned it off and its working now. Thanks for the help.
