Mobile menu – parent link not working

  • Hello. We have a menu with some dropdown buttons. The menu works great on the desktop. But on the mobile version the parent link do not work. The child links work fine and the links with no dropdowns (child) links work fine too.
    How can we resolve this issue please?

    Please go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Mobile Menu, scroll down and find the Dropdown target option, select “ICON” there instead of “LINK” and check.

    I had the same problem and found your answer.
    It worked!
    Just wondering how or why the problem might arise, I don’t recall changing the ICON/LINK button, so why would the problem develop?

    we had changed default settings because of the accessibility requirement.
