Backend Admin pages all are blank

All the back end admin pages for WP Shopify are suddenly “blank” and only have the plain text word “Wizard”

I have tried to disable all other plugins as well as reinstall WP Shopify but no success.

The only change made recently that I can think of is that the we got a new static IP and DNS address for our site.
