    Hello,

we recently AWS and we really like it but there is one glaring problem.
When we search by the results page we get no results even when the ajax search says that there are multiple results.

For example, if you type in “care” in the search field in the head, you will see multiple valid results and they work fine when clicked, but if you want to see all results on the results page by pressing enter it says there are none.

This problem exists since we first installed the plugin
    Thanks in advance,
    Gerry

  • Hello – I am also seeing this problem – I reindexed the table and cleared the cache – the search works once only for an item – then when the page is refreshed that item can no longer be found. https://www.sydneyprops.com.au/ The site uses Divi
Looking for some help with this
    Kind regards,

I’m also using Divi and I just switched to twentytwenty for testing and the search results work.
Might this error be some conflict between Divi and AWS?

Let’s hope there’s an update that fixes this

    Hello,

So you are using Divi page and see the problem only on this theme?

Please tell me what plugin version number you are currently using and also – do you use Divi builder to customize the search results page?

    Regards

    Hi Illid,
Thanks for replying to this thread.
The Advanced Woo Search is 2.13 – has been working perfectly with Divi up until now.
I have not used Divi to customise the search results page.
The plugin is set to “Seamless Integration” – and we just use the default search field and this has been working well.
    Kind egrds,
    Paul

    Hi Illid,
the plugin is at version 2.05 and no we have not used Divi to customize the search result page.
We also use the default search with Seamless Integration.
    Kind regards
    Gerry

    Hi Illid,
I have managed to correct the issue. I found that the XT Woo Quick View plugin was causing a conflict since it recently updated – I deactivated that plugin then reactivated it and the problem is solved.
    Kind regards,
    Paul

    Hi Illid,

I also found what the problem was.
At first, the update did nothing for me but I found out that the plugin has a conflict with the WOOF (Products Filter for Woocommerce) search bar.
I deactivated the WOOF search bar and now only use the Advanced WOO Search search bar and now it works.

    Kind regards,
    Gerry
