Post Updates Appearing in Comments

  • Hello,
    When I makes changes to a post, it appears in the Comments. Plus, it appears at the bottom of the post. How can I prevent this from happening?
    I disabled Comments, but, that didn’t work. I logged out but they’re still there at the bottom of the post.

    Whenever logged in as Admin you should see, in your left-hand navigation, a menu item labelled “Comments”. You should be able to delete comments here if you have access.

    As for why the data is saved as comments is unclear, you’ll need to do a bit of debugging unfortunately. I would suggest to install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This will allow you to disable your plugins and revert to a default theme. Hopefully using this method will help narrow down where specifically the issue is. Please read the documentation on Troubleshooting for a better understanding of how to use this plugin to debug the issue.
