    Hey,

    suddenly I experience problems with AWS search form. Some results are not showing up. AWS shows “no entry”, despite there are valid results to find for specific search terms. I also realised, that theses “missing results” sometimes are temporary.

    Any ideas? pls see for example:
    https://venari-jagdtechnik.de/produkt-kategorie/waermebildkamera/
    Search “E2n” – no entries
    Than go to homepage (where standart search form is used) and search “E2n” – now results show up.

    I didnt change any settings in AWS recently, now updated the products in terms of tags etc.

    Hello,

    There are several reasons why this may happen.

    First of you please do following steps:

    1. Go to the plugin settings page and click the ‘Reindex table’ button.
    2. Turn on the ‘Cache results’ option.

    After please check your search form one more time.

    If the problem is still here please then the problem can be in some of these product options.

    1. What is the visibility of these products? Maybe it is set to hidden and the plugin just excludes it from the search.

    2. Do you use any additional plugins to restrict product visibility? Maybe restriction by user role or category?

    3. What is the type of this product?
