I have two Websites running with Woocommerce. Neither one has a checkout tab in the Appearance / Personalization menu.

    Hi there,

I don’t quite understand – can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing at the moment and elaborate a bit more on what you’re expecting? It sounds like this might be related either to custom menus not being configured (under **Appearance > Menus**) OR that pages assignment is still pending (under **WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup**.

Also, can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    Hi RK,

Thank you for your response. It seems I have no option here for sharing with you any screenshot. I’ll try to explain in full details my problem. I wish to create promo codes, as I did on another of my websites built with Storefront. The site that I have problems with is built with the Extra theme, from Elegant themes. In my dashboard, when I roll over Woocommerce Marketing menu, the only tab I see is the Overview tab. I don’t see the Promo codes tab. Therefore, I am not able to create any promo codes. I read somewhere I could activate the promo codes option by going to the Woocommerce menu under Appearance and then check some box under the Checkout submenu. But there is no such Checkout submenu. I am running the latest version oF Woocommerce plugin (4.6.1)

    Hi again,

If you’re trying to enable coupons, please head to WooCommerce> Settings> General, and check the Enable the use of coupon codes box.
Once that’s checked, you’ll see the Coupons tab under the Marketing menu item.

If that doesn’t do it, I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Additionally, could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this chat? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.

    Best,

    Ross
