Allow to hide the price in affiliate/external product

Hi team,
In the catalog product options, there is the option of “Hide price” and “Disable add to cart” https://imgur.com/a/0DhaPt7
I’m adding affiliate/external products, how can I activate that same option of hiding the prices just in the same way as it is possible in the catalog product.
I just want to hide the price, but I want to be able to still put prices to the items because they are used in my product filters.
