Unable to process this payment

Hi,

We have a woocommerce site that has been running for a few years with absolutely no issues at all but as of Thursday ALL customers have been receiving errors when trying to checkout using Stripe

‘Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method’

I switched to test mode and can checkout absolutely fine

The stripe account that is being used serves 2 different websites. Both have the same keys configured etc, but only 1 of them has started developing this issue and both have been working fine for quite some time now.

I tried enabling logs and we tried a live payment but no logs got generated. All we can see in status logs dropdown is test-log.log for todays date but nothing shows when we click ‘View’

The site hadn’t been updated for a good few months and only this morning did I go through and update WordPress, Woocommerce and all plugins to the latest versions. Re-testing resulted in the same issue though.
