Show vistor informatiion in the front end of the site

Recently I bought the Visitor Traffic Real Time Statistics Pro plugin and installed it on my website. I understand it must be possible to show vistor information (like for example number of visitors this month) on in the front end of the site by using short codes. However I can’t find any documentation about it. Can you tell me short codes are available and if so where I can find which one
