Is it also possible to integrate the reservation system with an other membership plugin of WordPress?
I have an existing database with members and I want to link the reservation system with that database.

Yes, that’s poosible. The plugin uses the normal WordPress user management. It just creates a new role.

So you either have to assign the role ‘player’ to your existing members, or add the role-capabilities of the role ‘player’ to your other roles.

    Hi,

I have added the role-capabilities of the role ‘player’ to my other roles.
When I do that it is possible to reserve a court. But those other roles are not visible in the “select a teammate” option. Only the persons with the Role player are visible. When I look in the member section in the dashboard of this plugin only the members with the role of player are visible. How can I manage that also other roles are visible to select as a teammate?

    Thanks!

I have the same question – if someone currently has a role other than “player”, I can add the play role capabilities to make reservations, but no role other than “player” will appear in the members list.

Is there a way to get users, other than players, into the members list.

I answered my own question – I was thinking that users had to be “changed” to the Player role. I hadn’t realized the through WordPress users can have roles “added” to their profile and hold multiple roles. So on my site, someone can be an “author” and have rights to create posts and be a “player” and have rights to make reservations and appear in the members list.

    Hope this helps someone else!
